Karisa Levy

Optician

Karisa is a dedicated and detail-oriented optician with 10 years of experience in providing exceptional eye care services. She combines technical expertise with personalized customer service. She’s helped countless patients achieve optimal vision while helping pick out beautiful and functional eyewear.

Karisa has a strong background in lens fitting, frame adjustments, frame repairs and contact lens training. She excels at finding solutions that balance functionality, comfort, and style.

Throughout her career, Karisa has worked with diverse clients, from children needing their first pair of glasses to adults managing complex prescriptions. Karisa is passionate about educating patients on their eyewear options and ensuring each individual leaves with improved confidence and vision.

Denise Benitez

Doctor Assistant

As one of eight children, I’m used to functioning in a busy environment, and I’m happy to be part of a practice where I’ve been able to learn new skills and help patients. Being fluent in Spanish has helped open our business to a broader community. My first love is the beach; I travel to visit relatives in El Salvador whenever possible and have experience as a children’s swimming instructor.

Kelly Guzman

Receptionist

Kelly is the friendly face who greets every patient with a smile. This is her first role as a receptionist, and she has quickly grown to love the fast-paced, people-centered environment of the optometry field. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk in and takes pride in making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions or assisting with paperwork. In her free time, she enjoys watching scary movies, playing soccer, baking sweet treats and going to the gym.
